| The Education Committee shall assist in developing the Local's educational program and, along with the Local Officers, be responsible for implementing the Union's and the Local's educational program. |

| The Legislative Committee shall assist in developing and pursuing the program of the Union and local program to register each qualified voter. |

| Community Services/Public Relations/Entertainment Committee |
| The Community Services Committee shall help develop programs and efforts to foster positive public perception of the union and to join in cooperative efforts with other organizations in support of worthwhile community causes. This committee shall be responsible for preparing and issuing press releases on Local activities and union positions and shall coordinate media interviews with identified Local Officers and or their designees. This committee will conduct all activities pertaining to entertainment.. |

| Finance Committee |
| The Finance Committee may review any and all financial records of the Local. The Committee, consisting of five members, will meet with the Treasurer on an as-needed basis to address any questions or concerns. The Committee will report their findings to their membership on a quarterly basis. |

| The By-Laws Committee will assist the Executive Board and membership with any and all changes made to the By-Laws. They will, on a semi-annual basis, review the current By-Laws and, if needed, make recommendations to the membership. |
